Description
Ingredients: Omega 3 fatty acid (DHA, EPA), Calcium ascorbate (Vitamin C), d, l-alpha tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Lutein 20% in safflower oil, Zinc oxide, Cupric carbonate basic, gelatin, firming agent: glycerol; thickeners: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; emulsifier; soybean lecithin; colouring agents: black iron oxide, red iron oxide.

254.798mg fish oil provides 160mg omega 3 fatty acid (100mg DHA, 30mg EPA).
