CANCELLATION

Eden Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable for any reason. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to your credit card or bank account, depending on the processing time required by your financial institution.

Order cancellations are not permitted once an order confirmation email has been sent and/or the parcel has been collected by the courier.
RETURN / REFUND
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the goods immediately for any deficiencies or damages. Any claims must be submitted via our customer service email at edenpharmacy@hotmail.com. within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the claim.

Once the Return/Refund is confirmed, customers must return the product using the consignment note provided by our customer service.

You are responsible for the condition and safety of the product until it is received by us. We are not liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to its return. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage to the product, its box, or its original packaging.

Exchanges or refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The product is near expiry or has expired.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
Products eligible for return or refund must be in their original condition, quantity, and packaging as delivered, along with proof of purchase. You must report the issue to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods.

We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If any of the conditions in clause 5 are met, you may choose between an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a refund, which will be processed to your payment account (credit card/debit card/bank account) within 30 days from the approved return date.

For hygiene reasons, products classified as medical devices, disposable items, or one-time-use items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Refunds for returned goods will be issued at the price paid at the time of ordering.

If an ordered and invoiced product is not included in the delivery, we will either refund the product’s value or replace it.

If a product that was not included in your order is delivered to you, we will arrange for its collection.

If you were charged for a product that was not delivered, we will refund the amount originally charged.

International deliveries may be subject to customs procedures and regulations that are beyond our control. Eden Pharmacy is not liable for delays or outcomes related to customs.

Items purchased during promotions or sales, as well as purchases made with discount coupons, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
