Contains 3 x 10^6 cfu/g of probiotic cultures.

Serving direction:

Mix 1-2 sachets with a glass of room temperature water, approximately 125ml or to taste. Stir until dissolve and drink immediately. Take it once a day, preferably on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or before dinner.
